World War II Memories - Jack & Pearl Hanlan
 Jack Hanlan served both in the Canadian Army and the Royal Canadian Air Force. He together with his Scottish war-bride wife talk about his experiences as a Flying Officer (Engingeer) in training in the British Commonwealth Ai r Training Plan and on operations in a bomber crew in Europe. While on operations, Jack’s aircraft was shot down and for a short time he was a prisoner war. Pearl and Jack talk about his return to Canada and resettlement on the farm near Miniota Manitoba .
